The garden of "Manora Garden B&B" is located near the waterfall, a few kilometers from town. Our place has a size of about 6000 m2 . There are rubberplantations, vegetable farms and palmplantages around. We live in a very quiet area: a small road leading to the waterfall is at the entrance of our land. It is about 100 meters away from the bungalows! Only local people and our visitors use this road which leads to Sanang Manora Forestpark &Waterfall. Our neighbours are 100 meters away from our place. A small local shop for 'forgotten items' is in this very small villagetwo minutes walking away..
The garden is very green and has a lot of different plants. There are several places where you can sit and relax. If you like to play petanque or badminton, there are two seperated 'fields' in the garden. There is also a big pond. Since 2019 we also have a small vegetable garden, Nui has named it 'garden of Love'.
If you want to walk around you can go through the fields and explore the surroundings, plantages. If you want to walk to the waterfall, Gerard can walk you to a small dirtroad that brings you to this nice water area.
Enjoy and relax....
"Manora Garden B&B" is situated in a rubber plantation nearby Sa Nang Manora Forest Park with the beautiful waterfall! Houses and rooms are, nice and comfortable. In the garden are four bungalows and a central living room.
We started our B&B in 2009-2010 as a hobby. We are both teachers and we liked it to do something extra with our place. So for more than ten years we are welcoming guests and help our guests with a nice stay in Phangnga. We have four rooms/bungalows available for booking. Each bungalow has their own roofed terrace outside, with a view of the garden. Room 1 and 2 are in the first bungalow and share this terrace. The other two bungalows are 'stand alones': no other guests in the building.
Every day we see butterflies, you can play with the fishes in the stream, there are squirrels jumping from tree to tree. Frogs with their friendly ´music´ let us know that they are also there, cows are walking in the field in front of us. Early morning we see the blue kingfisher (ice-bird in Dutch) and egrets.
Furthermore, you can enjoy a nice meal or a drink in the living area, look for a book or magazine. We have free coffee, water and tea during the day. Breakfast will also be served in this open-air living room. (booked online on booking sites:: 125 baht, but only 100 baht if you tell us when you arrive: so NO need to book!)
